For MJU Organic Matcha, if you have already opened them, you cannot return them because it is food item. If unopened, you can return them in the original unopened MJU packages within 14 days from the date of purchase (with proof of Order# and confirmation email), with conditions below:

 

Instruction for Return:

1. Please email the MJU TEAM: info.mjuofficial@gmail.com, to notify us your return intent. 

2. We will email you the return instructions.

3. You will be responsible for your return postage.

4. Once we receive your returned MJU products and verify that they comply with the terms, we will refund the product cost to your original payment method. The original shipping cost won't be refunded since it was already utilized to pay the shipping courier.
