Ways to prepare:
-Scoop 2/3 tsp (4g) of MJU Houjicha Powder into a matcha bowl. (Can add sugar, maple syrup, honey, or other sweeteners, optional)
-Add 3oz warm water and whisk vigorously in zig-zag motion until the tea is frothy.
-Pour into hot water or steamed milk of choice, oat milk, almond milk, oat milk, coconut milk, dairy milk, etc.
-Add ice cubes (Optional)

Houjicha is made from finely groud roasted green tea creating its distinctive light brown color and aroma of freshly roasted. The roasting process lowers the caffeine level in the houjicha, making it a drinks with high in anti-oxidants but low in caffeine.
