How to make Matcha Latte?
Ingredients
Taro & Purple Sweet Potato (servings are up to you)
2 tsp (3g) - MJU Organic Matcha Green Tea Powder
0.34oz / 10ml - Condensed Milk
3oz / 80ml - Hot Water at 175°F / 80°C
3oz / 80ml - Cold Milk or Hot Milk (Optional)

A Whisk - You can use a Matcha Whisk or Electric Whisk
Step by step

Steam the Taro and Purple Sweet Potato.

Add 0.34oz / 10ml condensed milk.

Mash it into a puree and then spread it evenly on the bottom of the cup.

Fill the cup with ice cubes.

Add 3oz / 80ml - Cold Milk or Hot Milk (Optional)

Add 2 tsp (2g-5g) MJU Matcha Powder.

Add 3oz / 80ml hot water and whisk in ‘zig-zag’ motion until the tea is frothy.

Add MJU Matcha on top of Milk.
