How to make Matcha Souffle Pancake?
Ingredients
2 tsp (5g) - MJU Organic Matcha Green Tea Powder
0.5oz / 15ml - Milk
24g - Cake Flour
20g - Sugar
2 Eggs & Vanilla Extract & Lemon Juice
Step by step
1. Separate the egg white and yolk.

2. Add some lemon juice to the egg white. Whisk the egg white and sugar until medium to stiff peak.

3. Sieve the matcha powder and flour. Add the milk and incorporate the egg yolk until there are no visible lumps.

4. Slowly fold the egg whites into the mixture.

5. Separate into two and cook it over low heat.

6. Add three tablespoons of water and close the lid.
7. After all the water has been evaporated (around 7 to 8mins) flip them over and cook for another 2minutes.
