How to make Matcha Coffee?

Ingredients

2 tsp (3g) - MJU Organic Matcha Green Tea Powder
2 tsp (3g) - Sugar (Optional)
0.5oz / 15ml - Espresso Coffee
3oz / 80ml - Cold Milk or Hot Milk (Optional)

A Whisk - You can use a Matcha Whisk or Electric Whisk

Step by step

  1. Add 2 tsp (2g-5g) MJU Matcha Powder.

  2. Add 3oz / 80ml Cold Milk or Hot Milk (Optional) and whisk in ‘zig-zag’ motion until the tea is frothy.

  3. May add 2 tsp (2g-5g) sugar. (Optional)

  4. Continue whisk in ‘zig-zag’ motion until sugar dissolve.

  5. Fill the cup with ice cubes.

  6. Add Espresso Coffee on top of Matcha.
